Learning goal (Undergraduate Program)

1.Professional skills

Rudimentary practical knowledge and skill

●Students should be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of general, management- specific, and multidisciplinary skills.
●Students should demonstrate that they know how to cooperate with other team members to accomplish assigned tasks.

2.Communication skills

Oral communication / speaking & Written communication / writing

●Students should be able to use fundamental oral and written communications skills.
●Students should be able to discuss their chosen field in a basic written format and demonstrate the ability to orally present their ideas to peers.

3.Analysis & problem-solving skills

Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

●Students should be able to use basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills on basic problems related to their fields.
●Students should be able to analyze rudimentary economic and business problems using their professional knowledge and skills.

4.Ethics

Ethical perception and social responsibility

●Students should be able to use fundamental code of ethics and good management principles when dealing with rudimentary ethical situations.
●Students should be able to identify basic ethical issues and distinguish right from wrong .

5.Global perspectives

Global awareness

● Students should be able to identify important global issues.
●Students should be able to appreciate intercultural issues and concerns, as well as the potential influences of globalization on general management and business operations

1.Professional skills

●Graduates should be able to describe high professional knowledge and skills in their fields of expertise in order to facilitate their career and/or continue with advanced studies.
●Graduates should be able to demonstrate their advanced capacity to address advanced problems in general, as well as their disciplines management-specific skills and knowledge.

Rudimentary practical knowledge and skill

●Graduates should be able to explain their ideas and defend their position using different modes of media and communication.
●Graduates should be able to apply advanced oral and written communications skills in order to communicate - knowledge of the field in an appropriate format to experts in their field.

Basic analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

●Graduates should be able to use a variety of accurate and useful analytical and problem-solving skills .
●Graduates must be able to understand advanced problems related to their fields and should be able to analyze economic and business problems using their professional knowledge and skills.

● Graduate students must be capable of perceiving global issues and be aware of intercultural issues and international concerns and their potential influences ongeneral management and business operations effectiveness.
●They should be able to not only appreciate the global implications of management decisions, but must always consider them in making decisions.
